Develop Good Habits to Achieve your Goals

 
 
There are some people na mayroong bad habits. Natutunan ko na pwede palang ma-overcome ang mga bad habits. Paano? E di gumawa tayo ng good habits. Replace your bad habits into a good habits. I have a friend that has taking cigarettes or a heavy smoker. Kahit anong gawin nya na alisin ang smoking habit na yon, hindi pa rin n'ya magawa dahil he already addicted to smoking. Then one day he decided to take exercise in the form of running/jogging regularly. Doon nya narealize na madali na syang mapagod at kapusin sa paghinga. Dito na rin nag-simula na halos ayaw na nyang nakakaamoy ng usok na galing sa sigarilyo. Dahil nakasanayan na nya na mag-exercise, he continued this habit until one day kusa na sya tumigil sa paninigarilyo. That was the power of creating good habit. Because exercise is good to his health, his body has given up the bad habit. 

Friends, marami tayong goals na gustong makuha sa buhay. I believe some of us ay goal ang financial freedom, some of us is time freedom para sa family or some of us is to be a good entrepreneur or business owner. Marami tayong gustong makuha and I believe magiging successful tayo if we create good habits.

Yes! habits. Habit is regular behaviour and practice that you are doing consistently, especially one that is hard to give up. Mayroong good habits at bad habits. Bad habits will get you in trouble and problem while good habits will lead you to your goals and success.

Developing good habits will also lead you to positive change. Maybe you can earn more, maybe you can be a good employee, maybe you can be a good entrepreneur. Ito ang guide na pwede mong sundin to develop or create good habits.

1. Identify What you Want to Achieve - First, you have to note down lahat ng iyong personal at professional goals. Kailangan mong gumawa ng mga bagong habits sa mga goal na gusto mong ma-achieve. Then choose one goal at isipin mo kung anong mga habits ang kailangan mong isama sa iyong daily schedule para matupad yung goal na yan. Ano ang mga kailangan mong gawin daily to make your goal and vision turn to reality?

For example: For me, My goal is, I want to be an excellent entrepreneur. What habits ang pwede kong gawin daily to achieve it? I have to develop the habit of learning. Kailangan kong magbasa ng mga business books and gain new knowledge and skills about sa entrepreneurship araw-araw. To be more specific, I will spend 1-3 hours a day to study and learn more.
 
 
2. Build Good Habits Into Your Routine - Gumawa tayo ng way to develop new habit into a routine. I-schedule natin ang mga task na kailangan gawin para ma-achieve ang goal. My suggestion is to do it in your most productive time. It's much easier to establish good habits if they fall during your most productive time of day.
 
For me, morning is my most productive time, dahil fresh pa ang isip ko, wala pang masyadong distractions at kapag natapos ko na ang mga tasks ko sa morning, it'll never bother me within the day.
 

3. Reflect on your habits - to motivate yourself, monitor your progress daily and reflect to your habits. Anything starts from thinking to idea, then try, if you fail, do it again and again and keep doing it to achieve your success.
 
 
 4. Develop Self-DisciplineOne way to strengthen your self-discipline is to create a dream book. Ang dream ay ang collage or visual presentation ng mga bagay na gusto kong ma-achieve. Kung nahihirapan ka na maging consistent sa daily activities mo, find a way para makabalik ka sa goal mo. 

For me, I'll keep my self motivated by having my dream book. Ang dream book ay ang notes ng mga dreams and plans ko. It reminds me to do whatever it takes para ma-achieve ko ang goals and dreams ko. Ito din ang way ko para ma-motivate ako na i-monitor ang progress ko. To see if there's something wrong and correct it slowly along the way.
 
 
5. Get Support - It is hard to practice new habits if you are alone. Humingi ka ng tulong at support kung kinakailangan. Talk to your friends that have same goals na katulad ng sa'yo. Keep talking to mentors na makakatulong sa'yo to inspire yourself and gain wisdom from them. Nobody is perfect kaya you must ask for support lalo na sa pag-achieve ng dreams mo.
