Five E's To Succeed in Your Job and Business

May business ka na ba? Or gusto mo magsimula ng business? Or gusto mong maging mas magaling sa iyong chosen field? Kung nagsisimula ka pa lang, you should read this. Pwede mo itong gawing way para mas maging successful sa business mo, maging mas productive sa current job mo and para maging mas magaling na entrepreneur. Ito ang natutunan ko sa aming mentor na si Bro Obet Cabrillas. 

Ito ay ang 5 E's na kailangan mong i-apply para maging successful sa iyong career and business.

1. Experience - may kasabihan "Experience is the best teacher", but let me re-phrase it to you. "Reflected experience is the best teacher". You have to reflect in you experience kahit na ito ay maganda or hindi. You need to ask yourself, what would I do better next time? Dahil kahit na ginawa mo na ang best mo ngayon, dapat mas maging best pa ito next time. Improve what you've already experienced and reflect from it. Dahil dito mo mas makikita ang progress mo. You have to learn from experience, share your experience and grow from your experience.
   
   
   
2. Experts - you need to talk to experts para maging successful sa business or sa kahit anong field na gusto mo. Many business failed because of pride. So ask for guidance and advice sa mga tao na successful and sa mga tao na expert sa field na katulad ng sa'yo. Surround yourself by experts and also positive people na ready kang i-guide at ituro mga alam nila na makakatulong sa'yo.
   
3. Expertise - after talking to experts, you need to gain expertise from the them. Kailangan mo rin matutunan yung mga itinuturo nila. Gain knowledge and skill sa itinuturo nila at gawin mo rin itong expertise mo.
   
4. Execute - You need to take action kung gusto mo mag-succeed sa business mo. You have to do it and learn it. Start small and correct it all the way. Kailangan lagi kang gumawa ng action dahil dreams without action is only a WISHFUL THINKING. Ibig sabihin, gusto mo lang, pero you don't want to do what it takes para makuha ang dreams mo. Dream and make it happen.
   
   
   
   
5. Excellence - You need to excel sa field mo, at para magawa mo iyon, kailangan mo ng strong FOUNDATION. At ang pinaka magandang foundation is your CHARACTER. Dahil kung may knowledge and skill ka na, at wala kang magandang character, you will fall easily dahil mahina ang foundation mo. Dahil character is building your trust and relationship to your customers or people. You have to gain excellence in your character first because business and career is all about good relationship.
